Members of the GVFD come from all walks of life. But they have one thing in common…they are dedicated to the safety and security of our community.
Each year the GVFD responds to over 500 calls from residents. The GVFD members go through extensive training to be able to respond to all types of emergencies from structure fires, motor vehicle accidents, brush fires, water rescues, downed power lines and much, much more.
